I’m Ir. Dr. Noor Nabilah Sarbini
A lecturer in the field of structural and forensic engineering, serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Structure and Materials, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). With experience as a Professional Engineer, she brings real-world industry insights into academia, bridging the gap between theory and practice.

With proven leadership in the Structural Assessment and Forensic Engineering (SAFE) Research Group, where she champions innovation in forensic engineering and structural integrity. She also holds the key role of Signatory and Technical Manager at Civil Engineering Testing Unit (CETU), an ISO17025-accredited laboratory—demonstrating not just expertise, but trust at the national level in civil engineering testing and compliance.
