Robin Sharma\u2019s \u201cFive-A-M Club\u201d was published as his first New York Times bestseller in January 2005, but it has been translated into over 27 languages worldwide including Arabic and Chinese. Amazing right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cannot remember why I bought this book, but it was probably about three months ago. Robin Sharma loves to use character development to explain his ideas. He often begins with a personal story and then tells a universal truth, which he connects with the reader through the protagonist&#8217;s journey. Most of the time, I would say, &#8220;Really?&#8221; Do we have this character in real life? &#8221; But, at the same time, I&#8217;m not being rational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waking up at 5 a.m. and doing the following things (example): exercise, eating breakfast, being proactive for the day, meditation, reading something inspirational, journal writing, planning your day, and establishing healthy habits will have a positive impact on your life. You&#8217;ll be able to enjoy the day while also improving your health and wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OK, time to stop putting on the spoiler.
