Alhamdulillah, Syukur to Allah by giving the opportunity to be part of the participants for Program Transformasi Minda (PTM) bil 20 series 1/2023. This program was held on 22 – 26 May 2020 at Centre Transformasi Leadership and Development (CTLD) UTM.

I’m very grateful to have this program since this enhances my knowledge about UTM itself and my role as a public servant. We are divided into several groups and engaged in activities during the night.

I love gardening. It started accidentally and intentionally to distract from an unlikely environment and unhealthy vibes of life. Then I choose gardening, which I felt better when I can saw green colours.

My collection was a variety of leaves type plants like pothos and agleonna, and finally I found the most beautiful and wonderful to have sansevieria type as my hundred collections. I love sansevieria as this type of plant is easy to care for, easy to propagate and the most important part is ” tak manja”.

I choose to be a lecturer as I love to be an educator, not only as an educator to myself but also to others.

I always believe that a lecturer not only role as a person to convey something, but also as a role model to the students for them to be more successful.

The most hope for the students is they can be well versed in terms of knowledge in the discipline that they are enrolled in.

Normally, I like to use cooperative learning techniques. This technique will prepare the students to be more focused and cooperate with any kind of activities conducted in the class

Syukur ke hadrat ilahi, i have completed kursus wajib perkhidmatan BC4DCP. For, I’m very grateful to have an opportunity to nourish grateful knowledge from various well-known speakers. May Allah bless u. It started with teaching and learning, then move to e-learning and teaching preparation. I realized the most important criteria should have as an educator to attract the students to our lecture. Moving to the next slot is about research and soul as academia. This is so impressive to everyone and most likely to motivate all of us to continue our journey as academia at UTM.

I’m very grateful to be one family members of UTM’s Academia. I always believe that I’m the chosen person to carry out an obligation towards the organization and UTM stakeholders. The role is not only stopped and limited as academia, but also as educator which later can be reflected and influenced to other success and improvement. The target based on the vision and mission of UTM will bring more empowerment for everyone, which can lead to the sustainment of future generations.

            This is relevant with ISES, one DNA code of UTM. Here, 4 important elements are integrated: integrity, synergy, excellence, and sustainability these need to be excelled and implemented in a single work that we do as educators that finally brings to excellent individual achievement, which later propagates to the institutions, students, and community surrounded by UTM. All the initiatives that are already planned, should be projected and accommodated for 5 years in the future as this will prospering lives for a great sense of well-being. Therefore, the strategy is always based on the 5 fundamentals of UTM strategic trust comprising world-class research and education, creative and resilient, long-term sustainability, transformative life, and global eminence. Due to this, the role of the educator is always to ensure the strategic plans are focused and correspond to the 8 strategic priorities of UTM which cover teaching and learning.

As a research university, the research should be focused on 4 fantastic UTM, as this is designed based on 9 signature areas of the UTM blueprint. I will always be focused on my research area based on the expertise that I have and explore innovating something new which can benefit others based on the current problems and issues that encountered. Finally, I’m very grateful to be here, and always in mind that the work is worship and will be accountable hereafter. Also, as a human, we are not excused to interact with others. Therefore, being tangible and intangible to everyone is a must.
