I am Nor Hasrul Akhmal Bin Ngadiman, a dedicated member of the Department of Materials, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Here, I serve as the Coordinator for Undergraduate Studies of the Industrial Engineering Program.
At its core, I am a passionate educator and researcher, deeply committed to the advancement of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. My role extends beyond the boundaries of traditional academia, encompassing a hands-on approach to shaping the world class and holistic graduate who is the future engineers of Malaysia.
As a husband and father to my beloved children, Salahuddin and Seroja, I navigate the intricate balance of family life with my professional commitments. Their presence adds a unique and enriching perspective to my life, constantly reminding me of the broader impact of my work.
In my professional sphere, I am not just a lecturer but also a researcher who relentlessly pursues knowledge and innovation. My research interests are exploring the area of tissue engineering focusing on development of scaffold by applying the mechanical, industrial and manufacturing engineering knowledge. I also constantly engaged in exploring new frontiers of learning and discovery.
Beyond the university walls, I am an active community member and a proud Malaysian citizen. My engagements range from community service to contributing to national development through my expertise. These roles enable me to connect with the broader society, bringing practical relevance to my academic pursuits.
