Perbincangan dalam kumpulan

Petang ini, petang khamis 12 Oktober 2017, 2-4ptg (hari kuliah terakhir sebelum cuti mid sem 😄😄).

Pelajar SSCM1023 Math Methods 1 Section 6 bertungkus lumus berbincang dan menjawab soalan Test 1 sesi-sesi yang lepas.

Semoga para pelajar saya ini dapat sesuatu dari perbincangan ini. Cuti mid sem pun saya dah bekalkan Tugasan 1 dan 2. Dengan harapan, pelajar semua dapat bersedia untuk Test 1 pada 25 Oktober nanti.

Kadang-kadang kita perlu ‘paksa’ pelajar untuk belajar dengan cara perbincangan dalam kumpulan dan juga tugasan sempenan cuti kuliah 😎😎. Harap pelajar saya faham tujuan saya ‘paksa’ ni.

Group Discussion in my Modern Algebra Class

Hari ini saya telah adakan sesi perbincangan dalam kumpulan. Pelajar dibahagikan kepada beberapa kumpulan dan setiap kumpulan diberikan set soalan Test 1 darisemester-semester yang lepas.

Dari pemerhatian, nampak pelajar seronok. Harapan saya, mereka memang dapat sesuatu dari aktiviti yang saya jalankan hari ni.

Semoga semua pelajar saya berjaya dengan cemerlang.

This workshop is about social media and blog. How to use it in teaching and learning.

What is Web 2.0?

Web 2.0 technologies bring the web to a new phase, which allows users not only to use information but also to be directly involved in generating new information.

Social Media vs Web 2.0?

Social Media as one of the Web 2.0 tools allow social interaction and easy creation of content by users. It can be an effective tool for teaching and learning in higher education. It can help connect students to information and help them generate a dialogue with their teacher and other students about a course.

Blog vs Web 2.0?

Blog is another Web 2.0 facilities which is easy to create and offers variety of interactive facilities. It could give positive impact towards student’s development. This course revealed to academic staff on how to utilize social media and learning and Blog for teaching and learning effectively.

 

What are the things that I have learn in this workshop?

  2. Concept of Blog and how it can be used in T&L process.
  3. Developing Blog for T&L purpose.
  4. Blog through Mobile Apps
