My PASSION
Teaching Philosophy
As a Senior Lecturer and Principal Architect, my teaching philosophy centers on fostering creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving skills in students. I prioritize a student-centered approach, integrating real-world scenarios and the latest technologies, such as BIM and virtual reality, to bridge theory and practice. I advocate for sustainable and responsible design, encouraging students to consider environmental, social, and economic impacts in their work. By emphasizing collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous learning, I aim to cultivate architects who are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also ethical, innovative, and responsive to societal needs. Through mentorship and a commitment to excellence, I strive to inspire students to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the built environment.
MY WORK
Shaping Space, Inspiring Communities
In my career as an architect and educator, I have had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects that span healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial developments. These projects exemplify my commitment to functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design.
In academia, I serve as a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where I integrate my professional experiences into my teaching. My work focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice, preparing students for real-world challenges through innovative teaching methods and the latest technological advancements.
