Know what I need to learn

As a lecturer who also serves as a mentor to the next generation and a potential national leader, one of my duties is to see to the needs of the students and provide them with all the assistance they need to succeed in university. This work demands compassion and persistence in addition to a readiness to support and encourage others. I’m confident that lecturing about psychology will always draw attention. Due to the increasing usage of online and in-person learning in this day and age, I therefore need to equip myself with a variety of teaching strategies, activities, and lesson plans to make learning in the classroom and online more engaging and relevant to the course objectives. In addition, I must learn everything I can to keep up with the rapid growth of technology and develop essential talents like effective interpersonal communication. But most importantly, I must establish a work-life balance.

I’m always reminded to set a positive example for others by my efforts and accomplishments because of my experience and passion in teaching.
