As an academic staff member at UTM (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia), the “Soul of Academia” represents the essence of my role and responsibilities within this esteemed institution. It is a profound and deeply rooted concept that guides my actions, beliefs, and contributions in the academic world. At the core of my academic soul lies a commitment to the philosophy of UTM, which recognizes the divine law of Allah as the foundation of knowledge. This belief underscores the importance of seeking knowledge with utmost integrity, ethics, and a profound sense of responsibility. It serves as a constant reminder that my academic pursuits should be aligned with the principles of truth and moral values.
UTM’s mission to develop holistic talents and prosper lives through knowledge and innovative technologies resonates deeply within my academic soul. It signifies my dedication to imparting knowledge and nurturing my students’ character, well-being, and growth.
