As part of MJIIT’s commitment to continuous quality improvement, I initiated benchmarking visits to Fakulti Kejuruteraan dan Alam Bina (FKAB), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) on 19 November 2024, and to the Department of Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering, UCSI University on 25 November 2024. These visits aimed to gather valuable insights into the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and academic governance. Sincere thanks to both institutions for their warm hospitality and for openly sharing their best practices — your input plays a vital role in helping us refine and strengthen our own quality initiatives at MJIIT.
