Teaching Philosophy

Every student is unique, bringing their strengths and perspectives to the learning process. My role as an educator is to guide and support them in discovering their potential, embracing their individuality, and appreciating others’ differences.

I create a learning environment based on five key elements:

  • The teacher is a guide, not just an instructor
  • Hands-on activities that link theory to practice
  • Freedom for students to explore and make choices
  • A safe space to practice and grow
  • Integration of technology to enhance learning

My adaptable approach incorporates various methods like peer teaching, scenario-based learning, and group projects. I align assessments with real-world skills, using tools like peer reviews and project-based evaluations. My teaching evolved during the pandemic, where I embraced digital tools to continue supporting students effectively. I remain committed to continuous growth and innovation in my teaching practices.
