As the Manager of Quality and Strategy<\/strong> at MJIIT, I had the opportunity to successfully manage the audit process for the MMJJ program<\/strong> for the first time. This involved coordinating and facilitating a series of key meetings, interviews, and facility inspections over two full days, ensuring everything was in place for a smooth process.<\/p>\n

The audit sessions included comprehensive presentations and discussions with faculty management, program coordinators, academic staff, students, alumni, and industry partners, which provided a holistic view of the program’s quality and performance. I worked closely with all departments to ensure that documentation, facilities, and personnel were ready for the audit panel’s review.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the experience, I am grateful for the\u00a0 support from the entire MJIIT team. It was an invaluable learning experience that not only enhanced my skills in managing large-scale processes but also deepened my understanding of accreditation standards and procedures.
