That\u2019s exactly the situation I\u2019m in, as I am currently part of the media team for the LA Programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, we are required to blast emails and upload posters for programme visibility. To make things easier, I took the initiative to contact <strong>DigitalCareJB<\/strong>, and here are the processes I\u2019ve gathered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Application for Official Email Address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Apply for an official UTM email address via <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/utm.spab.gov.my\/eApps\/sdmscasepool\/SdmsCasePool\/check.do?showOwnerData=Y\">UTM Service Desk (SPAB)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 Once the email address is obtained, immediately inform the relevant department to add the new email to the necessary UTM mailing lists (e.g., allstaff, allstudents, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Uploading Posters and Sliders on MyUTM \/ UTMSmart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Go to <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/support.utm.my\">support.utm.my<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Register a new account (if you do not have one) using your UTMID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Log in to the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Select <strong>Maklum Balas<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Aduan Baharu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.5 Fill in the required details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Category<\/strong>: <em>Perkhidmatan ICT<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dropdown Menu<\/strong>: <em>MYUTM STAFF<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.6 Upload the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved <em>Program Approval Letter<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved <em>Poster<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.7 In the <em>Butiran<\/em> section, clearly state: &#8220;<strong>Mohon upload di MyUTM dan UTMSmart<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.8 Submission will be processed within <strong>3 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\">All the best!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, you may find yourself responsible for handling programmes for your faculty \u2014 even if it\u2019s beyond your usual expertise.
