ABOUT ME

Dr Nur Syarafina Mohamed started her education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and obtained her BSc (Industrial Mathematics) and MSc (Mathematics) in 2010 and 2012 respectively. While merging with works in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Terengganu Campus as a part time lecturer, she completed her Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA) in 2017, focusing on Optimization field. Upon completion, she started her career as a Senior Lecturer in Malaysian Institute of Industrial Technology, Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL MITEC). Being actively involved in teaching, she has experiences teaching varieties of Mathematics subjects including Business Mathematics, Operational Research, Linear Algebra, Calculus 1 and Engineering Mathematics I and II. Her research interests are in optimization and applied mathematics.
