Othman Ibrahim is associate professor of information system in the faculty of computing, University Teknologi Malaysia. He received his PhD in Computation, 2004, UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology), Master of Information Technology, 1999, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bachelor of Computer Science, 1997, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Diploma of Computer Science, 1994, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His research is mainly in the field of Information Systems, Information Systems Theory, Knowledge Management, E-Government, E-Business, information retrieval, recommender systems, and decision support systems. His contributions have been published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
