My passion as researcher/academia in the educational studies is to conduct researches and publications for the benefits of school leaders’ leadership capacities and leadership and professional development.

Thus, my role is to suggest an effective framework which can be implement by the Ministry of Education as part of their efforts to improve and find the suitable effective framework in Malaysian school leaders’ leadership preparation, mentoring and coaching, managing stress and their well-being which includes school leaders and teachers.
