Go to UTM E-learning:<\/h5>\n

  1. \n
    At course main page, Turn editing on > Add an activity or resource<\/strong> > Then select activity – Feedback.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n
    Adding a new Feedback<\/strong> page will appear. Then fill in the Name<\/strong> field for example “DL Entry Survey”, meanwhile the rest are optional > Then Save and return to course<\/strong>.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n
    DL Entry Survey<\/strong> link will appear in the course page. Next, click on the Entry Survey <\/strong>link.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n
    Entry Survey<\/strong> page will appear with several tabs. Go to Templates <\/strong>tab. If we already have a template, then click on Use a template<\/strong> link> Then choose Import questions <\/strong>link.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  5. \n
    On the Import questions<\/strong> interface> Tick Append new items> <\/strong>Next, Choose File <\/strong>> <\/strong>Choose the given template *.xml > <\/strong>Then, Upload this file > <\/strong>Back to Import questions<\/strong> page, select Yes <\/strong>button.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    Back to Entry Survey<\/strong> page > Select Edit questions<\/strong> tab.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    You made it! The entry survey questions are now available. You may edit, add and delete the questions if you want. If not, just proceed as it is.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
