- Approach expert international. Take pic, email him after 2 hour.
- Student deligation (exchange student international)
- AUN/SEED-Net by JICA (mobility program).
- Ask body for government grant directly???
- About international networking.
- Contact only 1, no need to much.
- Dont use collaborator as middleman.
- Need to be clear what you want from them.
- Make sure you give task to the collaborator.
- Use correct language.
- Email not too good. try use teleconference.

- Need to have mentor.
- Mulltidispline
- Have multiple team
Sakura Grant
- Not only university can apply. Even school can apply
- Need network with different country.
- Exchange student program. Good for networking using exchange student.
- Exchange during March. Not too hot, not too cold.
- Prepare tentative. List down students name.
- Find assistance prof, not prof. prof busy.
- GR Pass buy for public transport. But program too pact. Cannot go far.
- More toward student learning.
- Bring food that can be cook.
- Make sure student don’t culture shock.
- Need to be student. Must show proof.
- Register this in UTM International. But now it in RMC. Under grant or gift. Gift 10%. Declare in 7P. Collaborate with lecturer from other university in Malaysia. Affiliation needs to be UTM.
- All money is manage by host. Passport not include, pay on your own. All transportation already made by host.
- Network no need to be strong. The host will apply.
Sumitomo Grant
- Read the scope.
- Japan grant has audit. Not telly with RMC procurement. Japan say can, but RMC cannot for student. For buying Item, Japan much more harder. Need to have team.
- Not let student manage grant.
- Student sometimes run away after receive grant.
- Japan not care on student output. More toward research output.
- Do exchange rate at that time, especially USD.
