- For lecturer, business only for intellectual properties. Mesti buat Syarikat Hiliran, perlu kebenaran universiti.
- perlu buat perjanjian, kena bayar ke UTM. RM10k setahun.
- Pemegang equity lebih 5%, kene dapat kelulusan.
Intellectual Property (IP)
- Copyright note is for LPPT and MyRA. 30 September closed this year.
- Copyright selective. Too much now.
- Pattern: RM3k for filing, RM1.5k for… Then around 6 years to granted. RM13k receive award. Then maintenance each years, higher when longer. ICC will pay.
- Inventor lecturer, owner UTM. Lecturer get 90%. Company can bought or licensing.
