Module 2B – Constructive Alignment

Program Learning Outcome.

Only CLO PLO is check during audit.

Example: LIST out the types of validity in education using classing test model. CLO -> PLO1, assessment is quiz, T&L activities -> discussion, mind map. Align but not constructive. Constructive student builds their own knowledge. That’s why it need to be C3 (apply). List is just C1 or C2.

PLO has conflict right now, updated. But not apply to all cohort of student.

Active learning helps all student to have high level engagement.

GA (Graduate Attribute) for undergraduate. GS (Generic Skill) for postgraduate.

Step on constructive alignment: PEO>PLO>GA/GS>CLO>Topic.

CLO can change (minor) in JKA (faculty).

PLO engineering is 12, non-engineering only 11.

List down the question.

CLO need to be 3 to 5. CLO can cover multiple PLO, but need to be same ??? (generic skill).

Audient, behaviour, degree?

List out …. Not necessary talk. But Orally list out… in group???

If CLO topic is same, and has level 1 and 3, keep only 3. CLO need to be overall, achieve at the end of course.

Verb choose properly?

Edu 4.0? Use verb that construct: to design, to???

PBL usually 6 weeks, not short.

Rubric CG? Rubric cannot have markah kekemasan, Bahasa, teamworking if cognative PLO.

PLO1 usually cannot meet because final exam.

Check draft of assignment.

Technical 70%, generic 30% in course.

Clasic test theory analysis need AB, can ABC or ABD.

Program need to have CAP, but course no need all.

Sintesis and analyse is level 4. Apply level 3.
