Teaching statement must have the points (slide at the earliest).
What is philosophy?
Existentialism for the group activity. Encourage student to explore what their want to do. help student to appreciate themself.
Essentialism -fundimental of education.
Perennialism – appreciate work of other (like literature review).
Progressivism – student centered. Student experience the learning.
Behaviorism – shape student behaviour, teacher centered. Shape by the environment.
Construcivism – student build their own knowledge.
Reconstructionism – create better sociaty. Community based learning.
Dont use only 1 philosophy, use according to condition.

Learning Theories – behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism.
Current learning trend – community learning.
Teaching aproaach not fit to all – socio-economy, learner styles, iq and eq, personality (OCEAN concept), matuarity level.
