Problem: The PV system cannot function. Expected to repair Solar Charger
Solution: Replace Solar Charger
Troubleshoot: Still cannot function. The open circuit voltage is 52V. This mean that the cable to PV is still working. Then, the short circuit test is conducted. The result shows 0A reading even thought there sunlight.
Conclusion: PV model broken or the panel surface is dirty.
Next Step: Check the panel, which is located at top of the roof
