I have benefited from the outstretched and guiding hands of exceptional academicians who invested immeasurable personal and professional resources into my background of professional training. It is because of the mentoring of these scholars combined with the institutional and professional supports afforded me that I am inspired to strive for excellence in all three areas of academia: research, professional and teaching. After years in the industries, I’ve taken a drastic change of mind by pursuing a lifelong career in teaching and research. I believe with my previous exposures and new experience will guide and provide me with the knowledge of fundamental landscape architecture, urban design, historic urban heritage and other related to the built environment studies.
