Dr. Rozzeta’s career began in the halls of academia, where her passion for nanotechnology and material science quickly set him apart. Her work in the field garnered international attention, notably when she was honored with the prestigious Anugerah Tokoh Perdana in 2018 by MIT Nanofluidics—a recognition that underscored her potential to revolutionize the application of nanoscience in everyday products.

Dr. Rozzeta Dolah is a prominent figure in the field of engineering and technological innovation who has achieved numerous outstanding accomplishments in both education and her career. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and pursued her Master's and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, including postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. At MIT, she was appointed President of the MIT Postdoctoral Association — a prestigious achievement as the first Malaysian and woman to hold the position.
In her role as a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), she is actively involved in teaching and research, while also leading the university spin-off company, Naglus Industries, which developed Mizu Paint — a nanotech cooling paint that absorbs CO₂.
For her contributions to sustainable innovation and education, she has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Tokoh Perdana Award by Education Malaysia Washington DC, recognition in the Eco-Business A‑List 2022, recipient of the L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Award 2020, and was named a LIF Advance Awardee 2024 by the Royal Academy of Engineering, United Kingdom.
