Online learning does not mean live synchronous F2F video conferencing only

Online learning does not mean live synchronous F2F video conferencing only. Live F2F is only ONE FORM of online learning.

It is not compulsory to have F2F live class unless all students have good internet data capabilities.

It is not compulsory to record our videos. If we can do that, and students have good data capabilities, go ahead. There are many tools to do this.

But students can learn in many other ways. The e-learning system is full of various other delivery methods, not necessarily requiring high speed or big data plans.

We can also refer the students to Youtube videos, and other online resources.

Some lecturers/teachers also use WhatsApp group and FB live for online teaching activities, requiring much less data usage.

Be creative.
