Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) is inviting APT members, https://www.apt.int/aptmembers to submit proposals for 1) International Collaborative Research, and 2) ICT Pilot Projects for Rural Areas for 2020 which are funded by the Government of Japan. It is required that the project is to be completed within 11 months.
