Nonlinear optics examines how materials respond to intense laser fields, leading to phenomena where the material’s response is not directly proportional to the applied electric field. This field is pivotal in understanding and developing advanced photonic devices.<\/span><\/p>\n

My previous studies have investigated the nonlinear absorption characteristics of carmoisine dye, linear fused ring dichloro-substituent chalcone isomers, and aqueous acid fuchsin dye using the Z-scan technique. These investigations revealed transitions from saturable to reverse saturable absorption and determined third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities, highlighting the potential of these materials for optical limiting applications and advanced optical material development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collectively, this research enhances the understanding of material behaviors under varying laser intensities and contributes to the development of novel materials for photonic applications.
