- Prinsip: Humanity evolves by sudden leaps
- Red – siapa yang hebat/karisma akan menjadi bos. Biasanya pada zaman purbakala. Contoh: mafia menggunakan cara pengurusan top-down organization.
- Amber (conformist) – stable organization charts and replicable processes. Contoh: tentera.
- Orange (achievement) – focus on innovation accountability and meritocracy (siapa yang cemerlang akan naik). Contoh: UTM.
- Green (pluralistic) – empowerment, value-drivens culture, stakeholder value. Contoh: non-profit, social workers and activist. Pengurusan ini sukar untuk scaling-up
- Teal – living systems, self-management, wholeness & evaluating purpose.
Now organization, deeper self & ego.
