Personal Profile

Sr Dr. Shamsulhadi Bandi was awarded a Ph.D. in quantity surveying in 2015 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). A professional quantity surveyor by profession, he joined UTM in 2016 where he was immediately appointed as the Managing Editor of IJBES. Following the transformation he introduced in the management, liaison, policy enforcement, and quality control of the journal, IJBES is currently indexed in seven academic databases both local and international. It was included in the Web of Science (WoS) database in 2017.

Sr Dr. Shamsulhadi Bandi has authored and co-authored more than twenty academic papers since 2012. His works revolve around construction data management and recently develop an interest in novel technologies and their application for construction data management.   

A proud alumnus of UTM himself, Sr Dr. Shamsulhadi Bandi has supervised and graduated three doctoral candidates in 2019 and 2020, all of who aspire in making the industry a place where technologies and ingenuities coagulate for the benefit of humankind.
