It involves series of training, motivating, guiding and directing employees to be able to produce a high performance delivery, to optimise productivity and to promote professional growth. Indirectly, this will also bring positive impact on the institutional growth and reputation. I believe it follows the Maslow Theory (motivational theory). Needs lower down in the hierarchy must be satisfied before individuals can attend to needs higher up. This question came up to my mind upon reading and hearing this phrase. (scratched head hehehe). As an auditor (academic auditor), I think we may need a clear process of work for each of the tasks. By having it, we could clearly identify where are the problems, and think on how to solve it, faster rather just waiting for nothing\/forever :D. For example, task A is given (it can be research &amp; academic-related or anything within the organisation) . How much time he needs to respond to it? And who is responsible to do it &amp; who is accountable for the task? It is related to high performance delivery, right? In order to achieve high performance delivery, the people must be excellence &amp; have sense of integrity (it could be time &amp; money). This will prolong the impactful organisation for a long run&#8230;sustainable practice. Sebab tulah audit itu bagus ya hehehehe (not only in professional tasks, but also audit ibadah, audit hati). For improvement, for a better situation. Tapi niat, hati dan tindakan pon kenalah betul dan aligned. Cari solusi kepada masalah2 yang non high delivery performance ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Effective communication is important. In the era of IR4.0, digitalisation of system is one thing that we can do.
