Dr. Siti Sophiayati Yuhaniz is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She holds a PhD from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UTM. Her expertise lies in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning, focusing on applications such as text mining, deep learning, and predictive modeling.

Dr. Siti has led and contributed to numerous research projects, including studies on AI-driven analysis of social media data during the COVID-19 pandemic and AI solutions for flood monitoring. She is currently the Deputy Director of UTM’s Endowment Unit and also serves as the Deputy Head of the Cyber Physical Systems Research Group.

In addition to her research, Dr. Siti teaches courses in Data Mining for Analytical Business Solutions, Machine Learning, and Advanced Artificial Intelligence, while also supervising PhD and Master’s students. Her work continues to contribute significantly to the field of AI and its applications.
