Dr. Suzarina Ahmed Sukri is a senior lecturer at Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She received the bachelor degree in Mathematics in 2016. Upon completion her bachelor degree programme, she continues pursuing her postgraduate study in Master of Science (Engineering Mathematics) in 2018 and PhD in 2023 in the field of numerical analysis from UTM Skudai, Malaysia. Prior to her current position, she had teaching experiences at UiTM Jengka, Pahang and UTM Space, Kuala Lumpur for more than a year as a part-time lecturer before continuing her role as senior lecturer at UTM Skudai on February 2024. Her research interest includes different range of areas, including, numerical integration, numerical analysis, numerical simulation using mathematical software, and object detection using polarization. Her research interest includes the development of numerical methods for solving engineering-based problem specifically for object detections (conducting metal) using polarization tensor. The direction of this research involves both theoretical analysis (numerical analysis-stability of the method) and computational works.
