My academic work is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful education requires the courage to rethink, redesign, and challenge familiar assumptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My journey spans classroom teaching, educational leadership, and research. These experiences continue to shape how I teach. They influence how I investigate and contribute to the field of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Professional Journey<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2010 \u2014 Foundations in Teaching<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I began my career as a school teacher. This experience shaped my understanding of students, pedagogy, and the realities of classroom life. These formative years established the values and perspectives that guide my work today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2015 \u2014 Educational Leadership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I later served as an <strong>Assistant Director at the Johor Education Department<\/strong>. In this position, I gained experience in program management. I also took part in system-level decision-making and policy implementation. It is the courage to redesign what others are afraid to question.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beyond the Office<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside academia, I enjoy a strong cappuccino \u2014 extra shot, no sugar \u2014 and spending time outdoors. Hiking and exploring nature keep me balanced.
