Theresa has published her research works in renowned international journals such as Journal of Asia Pacific Business, Global Business Review, Journal of Relationship Marketing, Business Strategy Series, and Journal of Entrepreneurship Education. Her research interests are in the areas of Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Intellectual Capital and Organisational Behaviour.

Hey there, I’m Theresa Ho
Dr. Theresa research passion is grounded on Strategic Management, Talent Management, Well-being in the Workplace, and Intellectual Capital, particularly in Small and Medium Enterprises using quantitative research methodology especially the use of structural equation modeling. She has more than 40 publications which include peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. Beyond her impactful research contributions, Dr. Theresa is passionate about her effort to foster a dynamic learning environment. She has taught courses in Strategic Management, Designing Strategy for Value Creation, Advance Business Research, and Organization Behaviour and Development. Dr. Theresa has also supervised numerous of PhD, DBA, and MBA students.
