I’ve learned several important things as a result of your post. I would also like to mention that there may be situation where you will have a loan and never need a co-signer such as a National Student Aid Loan. However, if you are getting that loan through a conventional financial institution then you need to be able to have a cosigner ready to help you. The lenders will probably base their very own decision over a few components but the main one will be your credit history. There are some loan providers that will furthermore look at your job history and make up your mind based on that but in many instances it will be based on on your credit score.
