I loves to teach because I really appreciate and love the knowledge to the infinity. Many things can make us happy such as entertainment, money, family, travels etc. Each one of us has our definition of happiness. So, do I. I am more than happy to teach because through teaching, I will keep myself to learn and gain knowledge. Teaching and learning is an amazing thing that go side by side. I believe by doing something that we love, we will put our heart into it. Hence, in my opinion it is important for students to have teacher who are passion on teaching. Passionate teacher can inspire students and can make students to study more. Teacher who has the brilliant mind but with ability to inspire students is the type of teacher who will be long remembered. I believe inspiring students can accomplish excellent work and the motivation will always stay with them. amazing things, and that motivation almost always stays with them. Inspiration is the most important gift from me as an educator to my students and the influence can go far beyond academic achievement. In teaching and learning, I hope students will learn with passion and love, take the ownership of their learning, committed in and outside the classroom. Therefore, to become a great educator, I must connect with the students and reach them on multiple levels, not only short-term goals but virtually teaching them to success in their life. In order to let them engage in the learning process, the student-centered learning approach is the focus for modern generation (gen Z). Educator needs to make sure the students to be active and interact in class. Therefore, active learning is a contrast of passive learning which put the students in contextualized and relevant activities. Integrating activities such as inquiry-based learning, reflective learning and collaborative learning provides the opportunity for students to practice skills which are essential for the workplace. For instance, collaborative activity requires students to work together to solve the problems and they will learn together by sharing their strength. In the group discussion, the element of peer marking will be included to avoid any dissatisfaction among them. Along the process, educator will facilitate and provide clear guidance to help the students. Inquiry-based or problem-based learning requires the students to work in group whereby learning and research are needed to solve the problems. The use of appropriate teaching methods by educator is a necessity nowadays to motivate the students’ cognitive, shaping the experience of problem solving, promote critical thinking, understand the fact beyond the textbooks and able to generate themselves the question based on what they learn. Digital technologies can be a good tool to change the way of communication, thinking, feeling and social skills. Kahoot and Nubiz are the game-based student response system to help students’ engagement, enhance classroom dynamics and improve student’s learning experience. This kind of educational games is also can minimize distraction and improving the quality of teaching and learning.
