Due to the technical problems that occurred to the UTM eLearning database on 23 – 24 January 2022, UTMDigital will perform 2nd critical maintenance activities on the following date and time:
Date : January 28, 2022 (Friday)
Time : 12.01 am until 11.59 pm
Therefore, we would like to request all lecturers to execute the following tasks:
i. Perform data backup for all respective courses in UTM eLearning specifically for 26 – 27 January 2022.
ii. Postpone any activities in UTM eLearning starting 10.00 pm on 27 January 2022 until 10.00 pm on 28 January 2022.
iii. Plan the use of alternative platforms to conduct the Teaching and Learning session on 28 January 2022 (Friday) to give way to the maintenance activities for eLearning data retrieval attempts.
The status of UTM eLearning data for 23 – 27 January 2022 will be notified to all lecturers on 29 January 2022.
