Diet?

some people love this words DIET. but for me, i strive hard for this and still trying until today what should i do to reduce my weight >100?? i do tried Intermitten fasting, but failed. Reducing 6 kilo’s but then suddenly up 8 kg again in 1 week, whadda heck! i couldn’t run or walk fast but i do some 1 hour window shopping and walk more 2,000 steps a day. But still… not reducing my weight. And i got both legs pain, what a horrible weeks. When i met nutritionist, they would advised me makan suku suku separuh. okay..i agreed this. Even though i reduce portion nasi and extra veggies a day, but sadly my stomach bloated and more legs pain (nerve cracking me away). i hope i gain something this year. or maybe i should start puasa sunat Isnin & Khamis?? Honestly i nak diet because of nak sihat. itu je… bukan nya nak kuruskan badan sebab cantik or whatso ever. dah merasa zaman muda mudi dulu berbaju kebaya singkat, fashion ligat bagai nak rak, enough is enough. sentiasa perbetulkan niat sebab apa nak turunkan berat badan. Sihat dan tidur yang selesa, tidak berdengkur (mom tegur me tidur dengkur kuat since last year). i admit it badan naik sebab extra makan. sekarang ni je dah kurang sikit sebab cuba bertahan nafsu nak makan ni. tapi bila pi trip memang tak boleh la, mesti makan macam macam. babai diet..semua ke laut! haha.. Semoga istiqomah niat nak diet ni selalu ada, mulanya entah bila, adakah boleh kurang berat badan sebelum tahun ini berakhir? kita cuba… tapi tak janji.
