These short notes i could resist while attending this talk last year. Good sharing moments. I wanna share it with you too guys. Thank you prof.!

CHANGE
– U hv to do changes (KAIZEN) *continous improvement”

Sub-Concious mind
– will accept anything about to urself
– positive thinker – sent to sub-concious mind
– tingkahlaku bagus, politeness (small attitudes bentuk diri kita) melambangkan attitude
– do some reflection: always begin to urself *goodness
– differences 1st class mentality & 3rd world mentality
– perangai yg bagus akan bawa kita ke peringkat yg tertinggi
– 90% (beliefs, values, emotion, habits, imagination, intuition)
– boleh create future @ destroy future hanya dgn akal fikiran
– break the pattern by improve
– always receive what good in mind (benda2 karut buang tepi, not in my vocabulary)
– believe in urself
– bring good feelings
– always begin to urself

WHY important?
– build character
– beri kesan kpd values & emotion
– the way u talk to urself
– react to positive manner
– will make u more happier, healthier
– feeling good

WHEN do we use the power of Sub-concious mind?
– positive people: select words, pictures in scMind
– tukar cara berdialog (use positive words, politeness)

HOW we use scMind?
– cari apa yg ada dlm diri
– build up strenght

V: Visual
A: Auditory
K: Kinestatic

*TOXIC* people: hold back negative thinking, simpan dendam *take it out by forgiveness, ubah cara berfikir, muhasabah diri (ubah minor things & then big things).
