Due to the technical problems that occurred to the UTM eLearning database on 23 – 24 January 2022<\/strong>, UTMDigital will perform 2nd<\/sup> critical maintenance activities <\/strong>on the following date and time:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date    : January 28, 2022 (Friday)
Time   : <\/em><\/strong>12.01 am <\/em><\/strong>until 11.59 pm<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, we would like to request all lecturers to execute the following tasks:<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

i.      <\/em>Perform data backup for all respective courses in UTM eLearning<\/em><\/strong> specifically for 26 \u2013 27 January 2022.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii.     <\/em>Postpone any activities in UTM eLearning<\/em><\/strong> starting 10.00 pm on 27 January 2022 until<\/strong> 10.00 pm on 28 January 2022<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

iii.   <\/em>Plan the use of alternative platforms to conduct the Teaching and Learning session<\/em><\/strong> on 28 January 2022 (Friday)<\/strong> to give way to the maintenance activities for eLearning data retrieval attempts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The status of UTM eLearning data for 23 – 27 January 2022 will be notified to all lecturers on 29 January 2022.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
