New Year January 2024 started with unexpected fate by Allah swt. Sabar, sabar and sabar all circumtances came with rahmat and blessings, inshaAllah. It was underhanded plot; 5th January i took flight to KL via Batik air in the afternoon, arrival in KLIA then took lrt via Putrajaya. Leisure a bit until i arrived Sunway hotel about 2.30pm. While i was having conversation with Mrs Farhana (PPPJJ USM) which told me about my postponement studying this session 2023\/2024 due to MUET result, i was crying a lot after that. 2 hours later i slipped in front of the slippery toilet. I called the hotel hotline and asked for help and they sent me to Sunway Medical Centre, warded for 3 days and i’m going back to Johor continue at KPJ Bandar Dato’ Onn. Away from home & admitted hospital, feels suffocated and uneasy feelings. I’m writing this on day 21 after fallen. Severe L5-S1 pain still there, reduce a bit. Alhamdulillah i’m getting better, as per doctor advised “continue physio exercise & please avoid bad things happen in future”. Zikr & positive thoughtful as days went by. MC too long (25 days) but still keep up on office duty WFH, inshallah after CNY i’ll be back boss! Drive from home to HSAJB, thats distance i could bear with. Far about 30-100km, next month maybe? Enough that i could drive back & forth to office. Same goes walking distance, slow walk, can’t sit or stand straight, need to lay on bed. i will continue exercise at Physiotheraphy KPJ Bandar Dato Onn until March 2024 (8 session on every Friday).
May Allah swt strenghten my body and reduce my backpain. May all take this pain away..so that i could breathe happily. Stay strong YD because thats only you could do now. Keep the faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
