Semoga bermanfaat untuk semua.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><em><b>CONFLICT:<\/b><\/em><br \/>\n\u00a4 manusia normal, akan hadapi konflik<br \/>\n\u00a4 stress &#8211; sesuatu melanggar limitasi<br \/>\n\u00a4 pertembungan dengan perbalahan\/pertengkaran<br \/>\n\u00a4 ketidakpersetujuan, berlaku pertelengkahan dlm organisasi<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><em><b>Conflict Process:<\/b><\/em><br \/>\n\u00a4 apa saja yg berlaku dlm kehidupan adalah satu proses<br \/>\n\u00a4 ada permulaan &amp; pengakhiran<br \/>\n\u00a4 kerja dengan arahan dan akhirnya ada outcome<br \/>\n\u00a4 Bercakap dengan persepsi &amp; emosi<br \/>\n\u00a4 functional conflict &#8211; memberi result positive<br \/>\n\u00a4 dysfunctional conflict &#8211; perbalahan &amp; keretakan dalam organisasi (apabila kehendak tidak dipenuhi)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><em><b>Punca-punca berlaku konflik:<\/b><\/em><br \/>\n\u00a4 komunikasi &#8211; u don&#8217;t talk, no one knows.<br \/>\n\u00a4 struktur organisasi &#8211; budaya kerja. Setiap\u00a0<span class=\"il\">boss<\/span>\u00a0berbeza, jangan buat perbandingan. Apabila berada di zon selesa, dibutakan dgn pandangan yg baharu.<br \/>\n\u00a4 Etika kerja &#8211; transisi = peralihan. Expectation yg tinggi, tidak boleh menerima peralihan baharu<br \/>\n\u00a4 Perangai orang\u00a4 Apakah yg berlaku dalam konflik? Comparing? Menerima (redha)?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a4 Assertiveness: ketegasan Diri. The ability to say YES @ NO.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nak puaskan hati sendiri.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Cuba puaskan hati org lain.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tough Battler\u00a4\u00a0<b>Fight, Flight or Freeze:<\/b><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Understanding\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Your<\/span>\u00a0Response To Fear<br \/>\n&#8211; Berdasarkan keadaan diri sendiri dan situasi semasa.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><b><span style=\"color: #f44336\">Fight<\/span><\/b>: Bersedia &amp; brave enough to confront<br \/>\n<b><span style=\"color: #2196f3\">Flight<\/span><\/b>: take off, no point fight, better angkat kaki (MOVE ON &amp; redha)<br \/>\n<b><span style=\"color: #4caf50\">Freeze<\/span><\/b>: diamkan diri. no point lawan, nampak bodoh.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><em>\u00a4\u00a0<b>How to\u00a0<span class=\"il\">handle<\/span>\u00a0conflict with\u00a0<span class=\"il\">your<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">boss<\/span>:<\/b><\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; talk personally<br \/>\n&#8211; focus on behavior &amp; events, not personalities<br \/>\n&#8211; be a good listener<br \/>\n&#8211; identify points of agreements &amp; disagreements<br \/>\n&#8211; beri keutamaan kepada konflik, jangan ungkit apa yang dah berlaku<br \/>\n&#8211; develop a plan to work on each conflict<br \/>\n&#8211; follow through on\u00a0<span class=\"il\">your<\/span>\u00a0plan<br \/>\n&#8211; build on\u00a0<span class=\"il\">your<\/span>\u00a0success<b><span style=\"color: #4caf50\">\u25cfDalam sesuatu konflik, akan wujud penyelesaian\u25cf<br \/>\n\u25cfBelajar daripada sesuatu konflik\u25cf<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>REDHO<\/b><br \/>\n\u00a4 Adakah anda redho dia sebagai\u00a0<span class=\"il\">boss<\/span>\u00a0anda?<br \/>\n&#8211; macam mana nak\u00a0<span class=\"il\">handle<\/span>\u00a0kalau tak redho dia\u00a0<span class=\"il\">boss<\/span>\u00a0anda?<br \/>\n&#8211; konflik bermula dari diri sendiri. (Cth: Memperkecil2kan @ merendahkan org lain)<\/i><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0<span class=\"il\">boss<\/span>\u00a0ada self esteem problm, dia eject kpd org lain.<br \/>\n&#8211; bgmana kita menerima kritikan: kritikan membina @ membunuh?<br \/>\n&#8211; kerjasama &amp; kebersamaan<br \/>\n&#8211; bersepakatan.<br \/>\n&#8211; No matter how influence, but u know each members in the office, takkan jadi masalah<br \/>\n&#8211; dalam pejabat: ada kekurangan &amp; kelebihan masing2.<br \/>\n&#8211; support each other. Melayu akan hancur sebab orang melayu itu sendiri.<br \/>\n&#8211; baca surah\u00a0<b><u>Al-Kahfi<\/u><\/b>\u00a0&amp; faham tafsirannya; ada cerita yang boleh dijadikan pengajaran<\/p>\n<p><i>\u25a0 Q3: kawan ada masalah, mixed up masalah personal &amp; kerja. Rasa terkesan sebab menganggu performance kerja. Apakah cara yg terbaik untuk bantu?<\/i><br \/>\n&#8211; ada AKRAB, pembimbing rakan sepejabat<br \/>\n&#8211; orang yang bermasalah, bila beritahu sesuatu kepada kita nanti kita akan terikut dalam masalahnya.<br \/>\n&#8211; bantu setakat mana yang kita mampu sahaja<br \/>\n&#8211; individu tiada keberanian untuk membantu dirinya tetapi memanjangkan perkara tersebut. Kena tanya dia balik &#8220;apa keputusan ko nak buat?&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; Bantu permudahkan sahaja. Kena periksa betul2, tahu keadaan individu<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf<b>manusia<\/b>: normal human being.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"il\"><i>\u25a0 Q4<\/i><em>:\u00a0Boss<\/em><\/span><em>\u00a0di tempat yg tinggi, siapa yang wujudkan jurang?<\/em><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Diri kita sendiri.
