It is our pleasure to announce that the University is constantly aware and concern with the health of UTM staff. In an effort to curb the outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, UTM has initiated a survey to obtain information on the health status of UTM staff before returning to work in UTM soon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The results and data obtained will be used to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Help the university to provide an overview of the current situation of the COVID 19 outbreak among UTM staff;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Ensure that the staff is in good health before starting work at the office;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Help the university eradicate the COVID 19 outbreak;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Provide appropriate assistance and advice to staff who are at-risk<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The information obtained from this survey is\u00a0CONFIDENTIAL<\/b>\u00a0and will only be used for the above-mentioned purposes only.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Accordingly, all staff are required to give a feedback on their health status \/ condition through the link below:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
