Teaching Philosophy
I believe that the best learning happens when students actively participate and connect new information to their experiences, enhancing retention and understanding. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a dynamic, inclusive, and safe classroom where students can express themselves and take intellectual risks. I use diverse teaching strategies, such as project-based learning, interactive lectures, and technology integration, to engage students and develop critical and creative thinking.

RESEARCH
Dr Yusaimi has been exposed to certain area that includes latest issues such as ESG, Metaverse, Listed property companies and many more.
SUPERVISION
Currently, Dr Yusaimi responsible to supervise undergraduate students to perform their final year project (FYP).
PUBLICATIONS
Dr Yusaimi managed to publish his outcome of the research to any platform that has been provided in a university level and actively joined academic conference, business conference, seminars and many more..
CONSULTATION PROJECT
Dr Yusaimi also actively join to project consultancy and collaborate with the industrial players especially in a property field.
TEACHING
Currently, Dr Yusaimi actively teaching on a subject of accounting, finance and any subject that related to the property investment.
