I receive my bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering major in electronics in 2008 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and MSc in Electronics & Telecommunication in 2009 from the same university. I started my career with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) as a tutor in the integrated System and Electronic Engineering Department (INSEED), Faculty of Electrical Engineering on 16 July 2008. I pursue my PhD in UTM in a field of nanoelectronics and graduated in 2013. In 2014 I started my duty as a lecturer. I have more than 8 years of experience teaching introductory and advanced electronic course. Some of the courses I taught are electronic device, electronic circuit, electronic system, electronic digit and solid state devices. I am passionate in teaching and also a practitioner in a scholarly engineering education.<\/p>\n

My research interest is a field of nanoelectronics devices and materials. I have conducted numbers of research related to carbon based materials such as graphene, phosphorene and carbon nanotubes. I am working in a field of computational modelling and simulation for investigating materials and advanced device architecture for future nanaoelectronics application. I also did some work related to device fabrication and characterisations. My research also grow in a field of engineering education.<\/p>\n

I also involve in numbers of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) collaborated with several schools. I have been an instructor and speaker for several program related to \u00a0to use of microcontrollers and development of mobile applications.<\/p>\n
