During the Gravity Workshop at Jupem a special lecture entitled “Gravity & Figure of the Earth” was arranged. The lecture was slotted as the opening session of the workshop and was expected to take about 45 minutes. A total of about 30 slides was prepared for the lecture. Somehow the lecture was cut short after four or five slides only. The audience seem not ready for such a heavy content of talk.
