2004-2006: Vice President, International Water Association (IWA, based in London). Task: To develop strategies and implementation plan to increase membership and participation of water professionals in the world, particularly among developing countries.
2002-2004: Member, Strategic Council of the International Water Association (IWA, based in London). Task: The highest committee in the organization, consists of professionals from 80 countries. The Council member meet twice a year, and deciding on the direction and policy of the organization.
