Dear Professor Salam Aleikom. I want to share an issue with you, I am sure you know the solution. Please imagine that a Ph.D student published a paper in a journal which has impact factor. It is great. As you know, some open access journal charged the author for publication. according to the rule of UTM, this charge can be paid by supervisor's grant but if there is not any grant, what is happened? Is there any support in UTM?
