Most are being written by my undergraduate and master students, under my guidance and mentorship. I tabulated all the project in a spreadsheet and to my surprise, there are more than 25 publication projects that are currently in progress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m sorry I am not going to reveal my publication planning and list here. It&#8217;s just important for you to empower your students, to coach, guide, mentor them to write and contribute to the scientific community of the world. Just imagine if you have 5 students undergraduate students, and all of them work dedicatedly to write, then you are actually training and helping them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They can improve their critical thinking skills, writing skills, management skills, and eventually publish a journal or present in a conference before they graduate. That&#8217;s something the student can look for and be proud of. Imagine you in the context of an undergraduate student. You graduated and at the same time your name is as a first author in a reputable publication. Imagine the &#8220;pahala&#8221; that can keep on going. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The keyword here are coach, guide, mentor and inspire your students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have several publication projects under my belt.
