I am a senior lecturer of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I am an active member of the Computational Nanoelectronic (CoNE) research group and an associate member of VLSI – embedded Computing Architecture Design (VeCAD) research group. I obtained my PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2018 working on 3D NAND flash memory compact modeling and its reliability. My research thrust focuses on exploitation of principles and knowledge from semiconductor device physics, VLSI circuit design, CMOS device reliability, energy-efficient devices and circuits beyond von-Neumann computing, augmenting conventional MOSFETs for enhance VLSI digital circuit performance, and CMOS-based and emerging memory devices for data-centric computing. |
