Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa penutupan sistem di portal CIMB Clicks Merchant adalah dilanjutkan sehingga 1 Disember 2020. Oleh itu, pelajar adalah disarankan untuk membuat pembayaran menggunakan aplikasi UTMSmart atau MyUTM.

Bagi bayaran yang telah dibuat oleh pelajar melalui portal CIMB Clicks bermula 25 November 2020 sehingga tarikh tersebut tidak dapat dikemaskini di akaun pelajar oleh Seksyen Kewangan Pelajar, Jabatan Bendahari UTM disebabkan penutupan sementara sistem di portal CIMB Clicks Merchant.

Oleh itu, kepada pelajar yang telah membuat bayaran dalam lingkungan tarikh tersebut hendaklah emelkan resit bayaran beserta maklumat pelajar (Nama Penuh, Nombor Kad Pengenalan/Nombor ISID) kepada norazizi@utm.my atau shmariam-sps@utm.my  bagi tujuan pelepasan sekatan hutang untuk pendaftaran kursus Semester 1, 2020/2021.

Sebarang kesulitan yang berlaku amat dikesali.

Please be informed that the system closure on the CIMB Clicks Merchant portal has been extended until 1 December 2020. Therefore, students are advised to make payment using UTMSmart or MyUTM application.

For payments made by students through CIMB Clicks portal from 25 November 2020 until that date they are unable to be updated into students’ account by the Student Financial Section, Department of the Bursar UTM due to the temporary system closure of the CIMB Clicks merchant portal.

Therefore, for students who have made payment within the date, kindly email the payment receipt together with student information (Full Name, Identity Card Number/ ISID Number) to norazizi@utm.my or shmariam-sps@utm.my for the purpose of debt restrictions release for course registration of Semester 1, 2020/2021.
